FAQ

Answers Before You Ask.

Booking, hosted experiences, rentals, weather, and business questions—resolved before you submit a quote.

Booking

Seven days is the practical minimum for most standard events, while three to four weeks is ideal. Summer weekends and holiday dates fill first.
No. A date is confirmed only after the proposal is accepted and the required deposit is received.
The deposit amount will be listed on your proposal and may vary by service, event size, and custom equipment.
Rescheduling rules and deadlines are stated in the proposal. Outdoor events should identify a backup plan during booking.
Available payment methods may include check, ACH, or card. Your proposal will provide the current options.

Hosted Experiences

Planning, hosting, materials, Game Party Play equipment, setup, teardown, and format guidance are included unless the proposal states otherwise.
Many standard formats support up to 60 attendees. Larger groups and regional formats are quoted based on the structure required.
Yes. Themes, organization-specific questions, branded rounds, and special formats can be quoted.
Prize options can be discussed during planning. The customer may provide prizes, or Game Party Play can include them in the quote.

Rentals

Delivery is quoted based on location, access, equipment, and timing.
Professional setup is available and included in some packages. Select setup when building the quote.
The rental window is stated in the proposal. Extended and overnight periods may be available.
Damage, loss, and cleaning responsibilities are stated in the rental agreement. Report any issue as soon as it occurs.

Weather & Venues

Outdoor events should designate an indoor backup location when possible. Rescheduling follows the notice terms in the proposal.
Some equipment requires power, but portable battery power is available for select setups.
Space depends on the format. We may request photos, measurements, or a site check for large screens and complex setups.
A watchable outdoor image generally requires darkness or substantial shade. Summer showtimes may begin around 8:30 p.m. or later.
The customer or venue is responsible for obtaining any required public-performance license. We can point you toward common licensing providers.
