Every hosted experience includes pre-event planning, a professional host or facilitator, the Game Party Play materials and equipment required for the selected format, setup, event management, and teardown. Your quote will identify any optional upgrades or venue-specific needs.
With a rental, you run the activity. With a hosted experience, Game Party Play plans and runs the format, explains the rules, manages the pace, keeps score when needed, and guides the event from beginning to end.
Yes. Many experiences can be adjusted for age range, group size, energy level, theme, organization, and venue. If your idea requires a completely new format, choose Custom Experience when building your quote.
Capacity depends on the experience, venue, and format. Share your expected attendance when requesting a quote, and we will recommend a setup that gives people a real opportunity to participate.
Yes. We offer family-friendly, adult, and mixed-age formats. Age range is collected during planning so the questions, challenges, difficulty, music, and pacing fit the audience.
Many can. Outdoor formats require a suitable space and a weather plan. Experiences using amplified sound, electronics, or printed materials may also need power, shade, or shelter.
Prizes can be supplied by the customer or added to the event scope when available. The prize plan should be confirmed before the event so the host can build it into the finale.
Yes. Communities and organizations can build a seasonal, six-event, or annual calendar using different formats throughout the year.
No. A quote request begins the planning process. Your date is confirmed only after availability, scope, agreement, and the required deposit are complete.
